If you need to recover quickly from a 100 miler or a demanding training it is the place to be. They will take care of your muscles, draining any doms from your quadriceps, let you recover fast. Very professional. They have grey hair and a lot of experience to take care of your muscles. Very useful also to set your muscles ready for the race. I had tried them before wser 100 in squaw valley and after wser in Auburn. Very useful.
